Is NAZA Accurate? How to Evaluate the Documentary’s Claims

There is no responsible one-word answer to whether NAZA is “accurate.” The film contains documented background, attributed insider testimony and contested claims that should be evaluated separately.

What supports the film

The filmmakers say their work draws on more than 100 sources, documents and years of reporting. Some themes, including the use of AI-assisted targeting, have been reported by other outlets.

What is disputed

The IDF has challenged significant assertions and the filmmakers’ characterization of targeting practices.

A better way to read the film

Break the documentary into claims. For each one: identify exactly what is alleged, who is saying it, what evidence exists, what the official response is, and what remains unknown. That is the purpose of the site’s fact-check and claims database.
